箕面市認可 陽だまり保育園です
いつも運営へのご理解ありがとうございます。
自園農園で収穫されたナスを活用した食育を行いました。
今回は東京から安藤先生（管理栄養士）も来阪されていたので、調理チーム主導での食育です‼︎
昼食ではナスも食べていますが、誤飲対策として細かくカットされていますし、加熱処理後のナスしか知りません。
「今日の給食で食べたナスだよー！」と、目の前で切って、
「ナスの中は何色かなー？」
「小さい種があるねー！」
と断面を見ながらお話しました♪
中側を素手で触ることも少ないので、
子どもたちにも新しい発見があったようです‼︎
翌日には絵の具を使ってスタンプにしました。
1日経つと色が変わっていたり、一つの茄子から色んな形のスタンプができたり、子どもたちも気づいて教えてくれました。これも子どもたちには新たな発見ですね‼︎
陽だまり保育園では、自然との触れ合いや家庭では取り組みづらい体験を大切にしています。
これからも子どもたちの「初めて」を増やしてまいります。

We conducted food education using eggplants harvested at our own farm.
This time, Dr. Ando (registered dietitian) came to Osaka from Tokyo, so the food education was led by the cooking team! ︎
I also eat eggplants for lunch, but they are cut into small pieces to prevent accidental ingestion, and I only know eggplants that have been heat-treated.
“This is the eggplant I ate for school lunch today!” he said, cutting it in front of me.
“What color is inside the eggplant?”
“There are small seeds!”
I talked while looking at the cross section ♪
Since I rarely touch the inside with my bare hands,
It seems that the children also made new discoveries! ︎
The next day I used paint to make stamps.
The children noticed that the color changed over the course of a day, and that a single eggplant made stamps of various shapes. This is also a new discovery for the children! ︎
At Hidamari Nursery School, we value contact with nature and experiences that are difficult to engage in at home.
We will continue to increase the number of “firsts” for children.

हमने अपने खेत में काटे गए बैंगन का उपयोग करके खाद्य शिक्षा का संचालन किया।
इस बार, डॉ. एंडो (पंजीकृत आहार विशेषज्ञ) टोक्यो से ओसाका आए, इसलिए भोजन शिक्षा का नेतृत्व खाना पकाने वाली टीम ने किया! ︎
मैं दोपहर के भोजन के लिए बैंगन भी खाता हूं, लेकिन गलती से खाने से रोकने के लिए उन्हें छोटे टुकड़ों में काटा जाता है, और मैं केवल उन बैंगन को जानता हूं जिन्हें गर्मी से उपचारित किया गया है।
“यह वही बैंगन है जो मैंने आज स्कूल के दोपहर के भोजन में खाया था!” उसने मेरे सामने इसे काटते हुए कहा।
“बैंगन के अंदर कौन सा रंग है?”
“छोटे बीज हैं!”
मैंने क्रॉस सेक्शन को देखते हुए बात की ♪
चूँकि मैं शायद ही कभी अपने नंगे हाथों से अंदर का स्पर्श करता हूँ,
ऐसा लगता है कि बच्चों ने भी नई खोजें कीं! ︎
अगले दिन मैंने टिकटें बनाने के लिए पेंट का उपयोग किया।
बच्चों ने देखा कि दिन भर में रंग बदल गया और एक ही बैंगन से विभिन्न आकृतियों की मोहरें बन गईं। बच्चों के लिए भी यह एक नई खोज है! ︎
हिदामारी नर्सरी स्कूल में, हम प्रकृति के साथ संपर्क और उन अनुभवों को महत्व देते हैं जिन्हें घर पर करना मुश्किल है।
हम बच्चों के लिए “प्रथम” की संख्या बढ़ाना जारी रखेंगे।
